Red Heart Philodendron has striking, deep red, heart-shaped leaves that adds a pop of color to any room. The leaves emerge bright red before gradually maturing to a deeper, more muted shade of green as they age. Relatively easy to care for, it can thrive in a variety of growing conditions making it a great choice for beginners. It will naturally develop a trailing or climbing habit as it matures, gradually reaching 3-6 feet in length. Bright, indirect light is preferred though it can tolerate lower-light conditions. The soil should be moist but not overly saturated.
