Sui Choy is a Chinese cabbage also known as Napa cabbage. It has a mild taste and a soft texture when cooked. It's the key ingredient in Korean Kimchi.  These sweet, crisp napa cabbages are ideal for salads and a mainstay of the stir-fry. Big, broad, barrel-shaped, and pale-green heads are tightly packed. Good bolt resistance and excellent uniformity.
