SHIPPING POLICY

All Grow Veggie Plant products are available for pick-up or local delivery only at this time. If you wish to order seeds and have them shipped, please reach out to me at kris@growveggieplants.com and I will be happy to accommodate your request.

Delivery within the Des Moines, Iowa area is available for a $10 fee, which is waived on orders of $50+. Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days.

For pick-up orders, you must contact us within 48 hours at kris@growveggieplants.com or 515-707-1549 to arrange a time. If you have not arranged a pick-up time within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of your specific item.

If you pre-order plants ready, I will contact you when they are available. If for some reason the plants are not viable, I will contact you to discuss a replacement or you can be refunded promptly.

We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee plants will survive transplanting into your containers or garden. If your plants do not make it, please contact me within 1 week. I will replace it with another plant or give you a refund if no replacement is available.

If you have issues with the germination rate of seeds purchased, contact me within 30 days for a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with a gardening supply item, please contact me within 14 days to return it for a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order for live plants before pick-up, please contact kris@growveggieplants.com as soon as possible and you will be issued a refund.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept credit cards, PayPal, or cash payments. If you wish to pay by cash or check upon pick-up, simply choose Cash Payment option when checking out.
