Do you offer shipping on any of your products?

All Grow Veggie Plant products are available for pick-up or local delivery only at this time. If you wish to order seeds and have them shipped, please reach out to me at kris@growveggieplants.com and I will be happy to accommodate your request. Delivery within the Des Moines, Iowa area is available for a $10 fee, which is waived on orders of $50+. Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 days. For pick-up orders, you must contact us within 48 hours at kris@growveggieplants.com or 515-707-1549 to arrange a time. If you have not arranged a pick-up time within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee the availability of your specific item. If you pre-order plants, I will contact you when they are available. If for some reason the plants are not viable, I will contact you to discuss a replacement or you can be refunded promptly.
What types of plants do you sell?

We offer a variety of vegetable and herb plants that have been started from seed. We have many different varieties of vegetable plants available on our product pages. All plants have been started using organic growing medium and organic fertilizer. Most plants will be ready for transplanting in early May. Feel free to pre-order to ensure availability. As of 2023, we also offer a great selection of high quality houseplants, succulents, cacti, air plants, terrariums, etc. We are always looking for ways to add more value for our customers and serve all of your plant needs.
What if the plant I want is out of stock?

If the plant you want is out of stock, please fill out the contact form on the home page. Should any more become available, we will contact you.
How will I receive the plants that I order?

What happens if I join the Grow Veggie Plants community?

Initially, we will be updating our blog with gardening tips and updates. Eventually, we will create a community where others can post questions or tips for other gardeners in the community as well. You can unsubscribe from our page at any time by contacting kris@growveggieplants.com.
Do I need to pay sales tax?

Yes, local sales tax will be added to your order. Grow Veggie Plants is compliant with tax laws in the state of Iowa.
