Attractive, fern-like cilantro for baby-leaf production. Lofty, feathery leaf structure for a pleasant texture when eating. Good cilantro flavor. Texture, flavor, and visual appeal are best when plants are young; so, we recommend Confetti for baby-leaf production rather than for full-size bunching. Makes a great garnish for Asian and Latin American cuisine. Chefs will love it! Looks great and makes for less chopping in the kitchen. A perfect addition to fish tacos.

  • Prefers sun. In most locations, bolting is likely in the heat of midsummer. Harvestable at every stage. Leaves may be harvested once the plants have become established and before flowering begins. The immature seeds are sweet and fresh and can be harvested after they form on the flowers, until they become brown and dry. Mature seeds are produced about 3 months after planting and are harvested when dry on the plant.
