Elfin heirloom tomato is a rare cherry tear shaped tomato. It has lovely favor and a nice shape that is different from a pear or a grape. The plants are shorter and bushier than other cherry tomatoes and do well in a container. They are a nice yield that will please and yet not overwhelm you with cherries. They are very sweet and flavorful. Extra flavorful and crisp snacking tomato. Perfect for salads and garnishes. Grow in clusters. Excellent choice for home gardens. Determinate.

Elfin Cherry Tomato
Plant outdoors when danger of frost is past and night temperatures consistently remain above 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If an unexpected late frost is forecasted, protect young plants with plastic sheeting or other cover, or simply bring the container indoors. Determinates can be spaced 18-24 inches apart. Tomatoes can be buried up to the top 2 sets of leaves.
