Yellow Straightneck Squash is an summer squash that produces large yellow, tender squash early in the season with a tapered, straight neck. Straightneck Squash grown 6-8 inches-long are excellent sliced into rounds or steamed, grilled, roasted, sautéed or breaded and deep fried. Larger sizes of Straightneck squash grown 18-24 inches long are also good for halving and stuffing.
